Connects all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. Responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing the work of the Organizing Committee, while fostering the well-being and motivation of all team members.
Scientific Department
Leads the development and supervision of the event’s scientific content, ensuring academic rigor and relevance across all sessions. Coordinates with speakers and evaluates materials to maintain high standards.
Fundraising Department
Secures financial resources through partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring the sustainability and growth of the event. Develops strategies to maintain strong, long-term support for our Congress.
Image Department
Shapes and maintains the event’s visual identity and branding, producing materials that communicate the essence and values of Minho Medical Meeting. Oversees social media, marketing, and visual communication strategies.
Logistics Department
Secures logistical partners and coordinates all practical arrangements, including event kits, coffee breaks, and other essential services. Ensures smooth delivery and support to enhance the overall participant experience.
Workshops Department
Designs and manages interactive workshops that enhance learning and participation. Ensures that each session is engaging, practical, and aligned with the event’s educational goals. Supports facilitators in delivering meaningful and impactful experiences.
